This warranty is for replacement of parts only and Engines shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or labour charges. Including but not limited to damage, or loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, costs of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchase, which may arise and / or result from sale, installation or use of our inventory.

Under the premise of normal use and maintenance, due to product design, materials, and manufacturing defects cause any breakdown of engine and damage of parts, after quality issue confirmed, user will enjoy quality assurance service during the warranty time.

Any abnormal operations cause engine or parts damaged will not be taken care by CUMMINS PERFORMANCE.
